Bob (Robert) Boucher, became Chief Executive Officer of Novvia Group in November of 2025, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership experience managing multi-billion-dollar industrial and services companies across the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia Pacific, and the United States.
His deep expertise leading market leaders in waste, recycling, and packaging industries includes CEO roles at Waste Harmonics Keter, WIN Waste Innovations, Transpacific Industries, Wheelabrator Technologies, and Synagro Technologies, with additional executive positions at Republic Services and Allied Waste. Throughout his career, Bob has been recognized for operational excellence and transformational growth, successfully guiding organizations through complex acquisitions, business transformations, and industry turbulence.
He has overseen teams of thousands of employees, managed large-scale P&L responsibilities across international portfolios, and delivered sustained results by implementing cost-saving initiatives, process optimizations, and strategic growth programs.
